I currently work as an Information Systems Analyst at the Illinois Department of Innovation & Technology. My role is all about keeping state agencies running smoothly with enterprise solutions—handling everything from SCCM deployments and Active Directory management to PowerShell automation and ServiceNow workflows.
My path into tech started early, taking me from management roles at McDonald's to supporting university IT at Illinois State University. Along the way, I earned my B.S. in Computer Science and realized my true passion isn't just writing code—it's building practical tools that solve real problems.
Outside of my day job, I love connecting people through tech. I serve as a Senior Event Lead for the official VALORANT Discord community, where I organize tournaments and events that engage millions of players. I'm also working on BestieBot, a custom Discord bot that brings AI features and community tools to users.
When I'm not coding or troubleshooting systems, you'll usually find me at the gym, gaming, planning my next custom PC build, or brainstorming my next side project.
